All service requests must be submitted through our **support email**.
We only provide support for **Linux servers**.
Any changes made by KernelOne will be reported to the client.

We apply best practices to ensure **Data Privacy** and communications security.
Service duration begins on the day of payment and lasts until the end of the subscription period.

Incident Priorities and Response Times

Response times apply during our business hours: **24 Hours, 365 Days**.

Priority	Definition	Response Time
Critical	Service or the whole server has crashed or is completely unusable.	Within 1 hour
High	Server/services are functioning but performance is slow or something is broken.	Within 4 hours
Low	System is functioning as expected, but requires configuration change or system enhancement.	Within 24 hours

Pricing and Plans
